Hello, it's Chaotic! Here are some shipping information before you place your order:
For shipping:
Items will ship out from Singapore. Please allow 3-6 days for me to mail orders out. Print-on-demand items may take 1-2 weeks.
Note that all items placed in one order will be shipped together, when all items are available (including pre-order items).
If you see multiple "shipping options" at checkout, as long as you choose one item to be shipped with tracking, ALL items will automatically be shipped as one package with tracking.
Shipping to the US:

I unfortunately need to limit the number of US orders I can take as shipping to the US requires me to go down to the post office and manually input package details one by one. I can post an average of 10 US packages a week.
In order to make this as efficient as possible, there will be a min. spend for US orders. Once the min. spend is reached for your order, use code "USSHIPPING" at checkout to offset the high shipping costs seen.
US shipping may be occasionally paused to prevent overwhelming orders.
This system is mainly to limit the number of US packages to be shipped, and ensure packages are shipped in a timely manner. Group orders welcomed!
Tracked Parcels:
You can check the status of your tracked parcels with your tracking number at Singpost.
The status "Arrival at Destination Post" most likely means it is being processed at customs, which can take a while. (Over a month, sometimes) Please be patient!
For unclaimed parcels that have been returned to sender, please contact me ASAP!
Disclaimer:
For buyers who opt for shipping without tracking, there is a risk of your package going missing during shipment. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for such lost mail. It is recommended to choose tracking for more security.
For UK buyers, taxes are not collected at this checkout. VAT fees may still be applicable when your shipment arrives.
